What file formats can I upload?

PNG, JPG, or PDF. PDF is best for anything with text, since it keeps everything crisp. Files can be up to 1 GB, so even a full book interior is fine.

What is bleed and do I need it?

Bleed is a few extra millimetres of your design that extend past the trim line, so there are no white edges after cutting. Each product page lists the bleed to add (usually 3mm). If you're unsure, upload what you have and we'll check it.

What resolution should my design be?

Aim for 300 DPI at the final print size. When you upload an image, Capa measures it automatically and tells you if it'll look sharp or needs a higher-resolution version.

I don't have a print-ready design. Can you help?

Yes. Send us what you have on WhatsApp and we'll advise, or connect you with a designer. We check every file before printing regardless.

How do prices work?

Every product shows a live price as you choose options and quantity, so you never have to call for a quote. Bigger quantities cost less per piece, and delivery is added at checkout.

Can I order more than one product at once?

Do you print in bulk for businesses and NGOs?

Absolutely. Larger runs get better per-piece pricing. For very large or recurring orders, message us and we'll sort out the details.

How do I pay?

For now, you pay with Mobile Money. After placing your order we show a MoMo code, the exact amount, and your order reference. You pay from your phone and include the reference in the message so we can match it.

When do you start printing?

Once we confirm your Mobile Money payment. We check it by hand and message you, then send your job to print.

Is online card payment coming?

Yes, automatic Mobile Money and card payment are on the way. For now the manual MoMo flow keeps things simple and reliable.
